Prices Include:	Embroidery up to 5,000 stitches (pocket sized or on one location of hat/cap); 5 colors. Additional 1,000 stitches at 50 cents.
Not Included:	Sides, backs, sleeves or personal names. Will be quoted separately.
Logo Programming Set-Up:	From $75.00, includes FREE sew-out sample. Please send artwork for estimate. for additional information on LOGOs, click here.
Extended Sizes:	Surcharges apply on 2XL-6XL & Tall sizes. Not all sizes apply to all styles. Please call 425.646.9191 or email us.
Turn Around:	Small Orders: up to 5 days; Large orders: up to 10 business days after order confirmations. RUSH surcharges apply
Minimum Order:	None. You may bring in your own items for deocration or embroidery.
Payments & Deposits:	Full Payment is required on LOGO set-ups. Full payment is due at time of placing an order.
Forms of Payment Accepted:	Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard
Production Rights:	It is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to obtain permission for Bellevue Embroidery to reproduce company logos.
Restocking Fees or Refunds:	All sales are final when production begins. Logo set-ups are Non-Refundable. Up to 15% restocking fee applies if order is cancelled prior to production. Shipping fee may also apply if goods have been shipped out.
